Child Advocates – Denver CASA Announcements
Below are upcoming fundraising and training events that you might be interested in if you are looking for a way to give back
June 23 @ noon: Wine, Women & Shoes:
Wine Women & Shoes is “the fine art of wine and shoe pairing” that unites fundraising, wine and fashion. The events are festive — with a feminine soul. They feature dashing, volunteer “Shoe Guys” who stroll the marketplace displaying gorgeous shoes on silver platters and a fun fashion show spotlights Denver women strutting their stuff (and our shoes) on the runway. A walk-around wine and food tasting, marketplace, live auction and fashion show all come together for four fabulous hours of fundraising, camaraderie and shopping. Click here to register.
July 17: Next CASA Training starts.
Child Advocates – Denver CASA recruits, trains and supports volunteers to represent the best interests of abused and neglected children in the Denver Juvenile Courts. Our volunteers work tirelessly to help children in foster care. We are part of the National CASA Association, a network of 1,000 program offices in the United States.
